I completed this project with Sergio Errandonea for the Pare Claret student residence in Girona.

The project involved creating a piece of mobile furniture to hold events in the student residence.

​

The brief said that the furniture must be mobile and light enough to be moved by a person. It also had to be suitable for indoor and outdoor use, to serve drink and food. Therefore, we created a bar-cart.

The bar formed by a wooden board lined with stainless steel plates, rests on a steel structure in which also has the addition of cupboards underneath the bar surface.

The cart is also easily moved with the addition of wheels. 

The front of the furniture can fold up and down to extend the length of the bar to serve a larger portion of drink and food. It also enables the cart to become more mobile to move in and outside buildings.
